Only around 30 minutes by car from Vienna city center and located directly on the B8, the location is ideal for excursions to the Weinviertel or a stopover on business trips. Vienna-Schwechat Airport can also be reached in around half an hour. The 23 modern rooms on the upper floor are accessible by elevator and combine comfort with functionality - from a seating area and fridge to a desk with free Wi-Fi. There are also three apartments available, which can be adapted to be barrier-free if required. Check-in is possible digitally and free parking is available.

After a day full of appointments or impressions, the adjacent Zündwerk steakhouse invites you to enjoy a relaxed dinner. The menu includes steaks and burgers prepared with meat from Austrian farms - supplemented by vegetarian options. Those who appreciate Mediterranean cuisine will find a selection of Spanish, Mexican and Italian dishes in the Zündwerk Living Room, served from Wednesday to Saturday. Cocktails or a glass of wine can be enjoyed here in a cozy and homely atmosphere. Between conversations, new encounters and the odd look back, a place is created where time is of no importance - and everyday life remains outside for a while.
