Description
The Hubicek family breeds Mangalitsa pigs, which are characterized by their curly bristles and trusting nature, and Schwäbisch Hällische Landschweine pigs, which are easy to recognize thanks to their black heads and black rumps.
The latest addition to the Hubicek family are the Scottish Highland cattle. This breed is relatively small in stature, has a long coat and protruding horns. The cattle are robust, good-natured and easy to care for.
All animals at the Hubicek organic farm are fed a non-GMO and organic diet with their own feed and are kept on the large pasture all year round.
The meat is particularly digestible thanks to the balanced feed and the ample exercise from grazing.
