The warm, loose sandy soils on our farm are perfect for growing asparagus organically. The deliberately low number of plants per hectare and the natural fertilization with mature compost ensures a balanced supply of valuable, flavour-forming minerals and thus allows asparagus to grow in a natural way that is unique - in tenderness and taste.
Visit our farm store in a historic setting where you will find our asparagus, strawberries, artichokes, home-made sourdough bread as well as a selection of juices, wines and pickles.
