Description
We have been practicing genuine Weinviertel bread culture since 1902 and bake exclusively according to our own recipes. In our bakery, we give the doughs time to develop their flavor and we let our natural sourdoughs ripen daily. Today, we are a regional bakery, pastry shop and coffee house in the Weinviertel and Vienna.
