In the Kräutergarten restaurant, you can taste what the region has to offer - fresh, natural and prepared with passion.

A special ritual begins here early in the morning: even before the doors open, the chef starts his tour of the nearby herb garden on the Schloss Hof estate. Among the fragrant herbs and freshly harvested vegetables, he collects what will later be processed into high-quality dishes in the kitchen - a living tradition that goes back to the times of Maria Theresa.

What you can expect:

• A stylish ambience in the historic castle setting, combining the charm of times gone by with modern indulgence.
• Seasonal and regional ingredients - as far as possible from our own garden or from selected suppliers.
• Dishes in which fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden characterize the taste - an experience for all the senses.
• Open daily (with the exception of December 24) during the regular opening hours of the castle grounds.

Further gastronomy at the castle:

In the Café Arkadenhof you can fortify yourself with small snacks or enjoy a classic coffee snack. A selection of different cakes, strudels and other delicacies will make almost any sweet tooth beat faster.

In the bistro (opposite the petting zoo) you can get take-away food and drinks.
