Franz Neduchal runs an organic farm with a focus on arable farming and vegetable growing. Due to the proximity to their own food production and a large circle of friends in the same area, it is obvious that great importance is attached to using great products in the kitchen. Mitzi and Franz like to "hunt" for new, delicious products. The culinary spectrum ranges from classic home cooking to creative reinterpretations of well-known dishes, prepared with love and dedication by head chef and landlady Mitzi Barelli and her team.
The small but exquisite menu changes frequently and therefore constantly offers a varied range of dishes that are perfectly matched to the seasonal ingredients.
